Voices Inspiring Voter Awareness

The project explores both the history and the present — from the overlooked suffragists who paved the way, to the leaders and activists continuing the work today. By connecting these narratives, V.I.V.A. helps young women understand how their voices shape the future of democracy.

What We Do

• Create and distribute educational Booklets: Distributing voter awareness materials in schools, libraries, and community centers.

• Hold workshops and discussions: Hosting conversations about representation, advocacy, and leadership in civics

​

• Highlight historical figures: Featuring stories of women of color who transformed the landscape of voting rights and political engagement.
